Introduction:
Zinc-iron alloy plate is also called alloyed galvanized plate. In the alloying process, the galvanized strip steel is heated to 550~560℃ in an alloying furnace for 5~10 seconds, so as to completely convert the pure zinc layer into iron-zinc alloy. Its weldability, coating performance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance are better than ordinary galvanized sheet.
Use:
By alloying, materials with special properties such as high temperature alloys or superalloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, high resistance alloys and electric vacuum alloys can be made. Widely used in aerospace, aviation, shipbuilding, electronics, electrician, machinery, chemical industry, electroplating and other industrial sectors. In the early days, zinc-iron alloys were widely used in automobiles, such as gasoline pumps and carburetors.
